Job Details - Manager Sales (Retail)

  • Delivering the company’s MRR Targets.
  • Develop plans for penetration to Retail Segments
  • Develop plans to meet or exceed the company’s revenue target
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations and product demonstrations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior customers and identifying new opportunities
  • Effectively probing and collecting needs requirements from clients based on a full understanding of all client needs, and deliver accurate and timely customer requirements to solutions development team
  • Exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to build and grow connections with people of all types, backgrounds and levels.
  • Demonstrated Exceptional Closing Skills
  • Excellent Presentation Skills – Looking for a master presenter
  • Exeptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective decision making ability and superior communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of problem solving techniques.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills meeting deadlines as required
  • Travel approximately 10 – 12 days travel a month across India.
  • Should have demonstrated selling products and services with an annual sale in excess of 10 Crores.
  • Selling of SaaS products and services with MRR will be a big plus.
  • 3-4+ years of successful technology solution selling, Hardware or Software, to Small & Medium Retailers.
  • Knowledge of Retail Industry
  • Extensive knowledge of Purchase process
  • Experience selling technology products, SaaS, or outsourced services would be big asset
  • Experience in selling CCTV or other surveillance systems will be an asset.
  • Outgoing extrovert personality.
