  1. This Refund Policy only applies to fees collected by us for services provided by Securens Systems Private Limited. All Refunds will be governed by laws subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Mumbai or where the services are being rendered.
It is important that You read this Refund Policy carefully. You should familiarise yourself with the terms of this Refund Policy, prior to purchasing any goods or services from Securens Systems Private Limited.

Interpretation
Unless otherwise defined, defined terms in this Refund Policy shall have the meaning given to them earlier in these Terms and Conditions.
  1. “Service Fees”: mean the fees payable by you for the Services purchased in accordance with the Services Terms and Conditions.
  2. “Refund Eligibility Criteria”: means the criteria set out in the below Section.
  3. “Services Terms and Conditions”: means the terms and conditions for the provision of the Services offered by Securens Systems Private Limited to their customers through the use of payment portal.
  4. “Transaction Charges or convenience fee”: means any fees levied by a bank or financial institution upon processing a valid refund request to you or a customer (as applicable) which may vary from case to case. This will not be refundable at any circumstances
  5. “We”: means Securens Systems Private Limited or any authorized party acting on Our implicit instructions (with “Our” being construed accordingly).
  6. “You”: includes the person requesting and/or purchasing the Services or any party acting on such person’s instructions (and “Your” shall be construed accordingly).
  7. “Website”: means the Securens Systems Private Limited website
  8. “Website Terms and Conditions”: means the terms and conditions applicable to use of the Website set out on the website.

General Refund Terms and Conditions
  1. This Refund Policy is subject to change by us from time to time at the sole discretion of us without any prior Notice and in the event of any subsequent, alteration or amendments, we shall notify any changes on the website and once notified, the changes will become effective. If you do not wish to accept the revised policy, You should not continue to use the Services. If you continue to use the Services after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the Services impliedly indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Refund Policy.
  2. You may request a refund in accordance with the Refund Eligibility Criteria.
  3. All the above will form part of the terms of use of the service and will be available to you to confirm at the time of making payment for these services.

Service Fees and Optional Service Fee
  1. Refunds of Service Fees will only be considered when you satisfy the Refund Eligibility Criteria in full. If you fail to meet any of the Refund Eligibility Criteria, we shall have the right in our sole discretion to decline the request for a refund.
  2. The service shall be deemed to be actually delivered in full upon processing of personal data ( personal data processing is initiated as soon as you complete online registration on Securens International Systems Private Limited portal),
  3. To apply for a refund, you must properly and fully complete and submit a Refund Request with reason of refund by filling online form available on “Contact Us page. All refund requests should be submitted to Securens Systems Private Limited by you either through an email or in person in the Securens Systems Private Limited or though the online form.
  4. We shall process your Refund Request following receipt as soon as it is reasonably practicable. Response times will vary depending on the mode of payment and stated reasons for request a refund of the Service Fees. In any event, we shall notify you of the outcome of the request in accordance with the timescales set out in the Refund Processing Timelines.
  5. By filling in and submitting the Refund Request, the payment of a refund of a Service Fee is not guaranteed and always subject to terms and conditions/policy of third party payment gateway. The refund will only be approved or rejected by us after verification basis the Refund Eligibility Criteria.
  6. Any Transaction Charges which arise upon processing a refund of Service Fees shall be borne solely by you. Transaction Charges will be deducted from the final amount to be refunded. Loss due to bank charges will be borne by you and Securens Systems Private Limited is not liable to pay any interest on this amount or for any delay in refund process.
  7. Your refund is always subject to return of our products/services.

Procedure for apply for Refund
To apply for refund, please follow the below steps:

  3. Provide your order details and reason for the return.
  4. Once your refund is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product/services.
  5. Your refund request will be initiated after return of product/services, and eligible refund will be processed within 5-7 business days by ensuring the product received without damage.

Refund Eligibility Criteria
Applies only to product /services with respect to Monitoring Service available our sites
  1. You have 7 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  3. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for any returns

Requests for refunds or cancellation of a Service(s) will not be accepted where
  1. In case you have applied online and decide not to send your application due to any reasons whether you made mistakes with respect to product/services or otherwise, while completing online forms. You must ensure correct information is filled before making the online payment.
  2. In the case of any services which are partially used, no Refund request will be approved in such cases

Refund Processing Timeline:

  3. Submit the form electronically. Post submission of form, you will get an acknowledgement email.
  4. Your refund request will be initiated, and eligible refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  5. You will have no recourse to a refund of the Service Fees if we suspect you have, or are, engaged in, or have in any way been involved in, fraudulent or illegal activity on the Website.

Receiving Your Refund
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  1. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  2. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
