The Vault door is secured with an OTP based terminal. The vault door can now only be opened with an OTP. Additionally, cameras are installed in the branch and in the area in front of the Vault.
When a branch staff wants to open the Vault, they will request for an OTP. On getting the request for OTP, Executives at Securens Command Centre will perform a Video Verification of all the Cameras of the Branch and especially the camera in front of the Vault. Only if they are sure that there is no hold-up and there are two authorized persons to open the vault, they will give the staff the OTP.
Once the OTP is entered, the branch staff can now open the vault with the normal process. If they see a holdup in progress, the Executives at Securens command Centre will follow the procedure defined by the Organization including informing the police.
ACTIOTP is typically used at entrances of the Vaults of Gold Loan branches and currency chest branches.
ACTIOTP reduce the chances of looting of Vault at gunpoint.

- Cameras with human detection video analytics, floodlights and siren are installed all along your boundary. These are connected to Securens Award winning command Centre.
- A digital Region of Interest (RoI) also called the ‘Alert Zone’ is drawn along the boundary using the video analytics camera.
- If an intruder enters this Alert Zone, the floodlights come on instantly alerting the intruder that they have been detected.
- Simultaneously an alert is sent to Securens command Centre. The operatives at the command Centre immediately access the video of that camera to perform Video Verification.
- On accessing the video, if the intruder has not fled after the lights came on, the operators would start the siren.
- At the same time, a call would go to your Guard House to inform the guard of the attempted intrusion.
